For former Shell Recharge Solutions customers.
Financial.
Until the migration date, you can continue to make payments to Shell Recharge Solutions. After this date, 50five will take over the billing process and manage invoices for your products and services. Please note: do you have an annual subscription? In that case, 50five will only take over the billing after your current annual subscription period has ended. 50five will issue invoices for, among other things, installations, products, maintenance, repairs, and annual subscriptions. The invoicing for monthly subscriptions and settlements will be handled by Threeforce B.V., a subsidiary of Last Mile Solutions. Threeforce B.V. is authorized to carry out financial transactions on behalf of Last Mile Solutions, the provider of the charging management platform used by 50five for its services.
Regarding transaction settlements, completed transactions will be invoiced to the customer by the party whose platform manages the charge point. Until the migration, this will be handled by Shell; after the migration, by LMS/50five. This concerns both the Monthly and Yearly Subscription.
For the Monthly Subscription, Shell Recharge Solutions currently invoices from mid-month to mid-month, while 50five (via Last Mile Solutions) invoices based on calendar months. To avoid double billing, customers will receive a half-month invoice during the migration month, after which regular calendar month billing will start.
For the Yearly Subscription, the same principle applies: customers will not experience any overlapping billing periods. After their current Shell Yearly Subscription expires, they will receive a new invoice from 50five for a following annual subscription.
Last Mile Solutions (LMS) is the provider of the charge point management platform used by 50five. For financial transactions such as invoices and refunds, 50five uses Threeforce B.V. This is the entity within LMS that is authorized to process payments.

Invoices from Threeforce B.V. (LMS) show transactions that reflect your charging activity during the relevant period. The monthly subscription fees will also be familiar to you. Invoices from 50five usually match the quotation, unless adjustments have been made at your request or due to a specific situation (for example, concerning the customer, driver, or payer). If applicable, 50five invoices are also aligned with your annual subscription. For your information: 50five invoices cover, among other things, installations, products, maintenance, repairs, and annual subscriptions. For invoices from 50five, you can choose to pay via the payment link or manually (as indicated on the invoice). For invoices from Threeforce B.V., only direct debit is possible.
Charging.
No. 50five will retain the current settings of your charging point after the migration. In addition, Shell Recharge Solutions charge cards/ tokens will be accepted as if they were issued by 50five. So nothing will change for you.
There are no roaming fees when charging with a Shell or 50five charging card at our chargers. However, roaming fees may apply when using other charging cards.
You can cancel your subscription via the 50five e-mobility app. Ask Nova, our smart A.I. agent, to help you with this. Yes, your Shell charge card and tokens will remain fully valid and usable after the migration date. You can continue using them to access Shell Recharge Solutions' charging services under the same terms. Shell will remain the administrator of your Shell charge card/token. Check in the 50five e-mobility app to see if your Shell charge card/token is correctly linked, so you can continue using it at your charging station. Charging cards remain the property of Shell, so please contact Shell to request a new card. We do not take over the charging cards.
Your Shell charging card is automatically included in the migration. Please check in the 50five e-mobility app whether your Shell card or token is correctly linked. If not, you can easily do this yourself in the app. This way, you can continue using the card with your charging station. Please note: the Shell card remains the property of Shell. You can view the card in the 50five e-mobility app, but you cannot perform any actions with it. 50five has proven service and maintenance processes, similar to what Shell Recharge Solutions currently offers. Your warranty remains unchanged, and our 50five support team will handle all charge point-related issues in the future. The integration of Shell Recharge Solutions charge points with 50five has been thoroughly tested, so you can expect smooth operation.
Yes, through our Operations Performance Portal, we offer 24/7 monitoring and automatic resets in case of faults. This proactive service uses AI and is available as part of our Premium subscription for private customers. Are you a business customer? You can request this service through your 50five account manager.

In business situations (such as lease agreements, employer-provided equipment, or fleet managers), specific arrangements may apply—check these first. With the 50five online charging management platform, you can manage all your charging stations from one online environment. You benefit from several advantages: insight into all your charging sessions, the ability to manage your charging station yourself — including performing a reset in case of a malfunction — and, if applicable, automatically reimbursing your charging costs with your employer.

For customers with an existing Shell Recharge Solutions charging station, switching to another provider is not possible. The hardware simply does not support it. Customers who receive a new charging station can, in theory, migrate to another provider. However, it’s important to note that 50five is best positioned to ensure optimal operation and support of the charging station within our own service environment.

The migration of an individual charging station takes on average between 1 and 2 hours, depending on how busy it is. The full migration period will take place throughout the second quarter of 2025 (Q2 2025).
Yes, your power supply will remain active, and you can continue charging. Note: if you are charging during the migration, the session will be interrupted and will not resume automatically. Please restart the charging session yourself once the migration is complete.

Yes, if you ordered the charge point before or during the migration and your order was approved, you will receive the Shell Recharge Solutions charge point as planned. For orders approved after the migration, the following applies: If you were still a Shell Recharge Solutions customer at the time of approval, you can still receive the Shell Recharge Solutions charge point. Did you request a charge point after the migration? Then delivery of a Shell Recharge Solutions charge point is still temporarily possible, depending on the situation and availability.
