In April 2026, we will transfer your charging station to 50five’s charging management. You do not need to take any action in advance. After the transfer, you can contact us for service, maintenance, and warranty.
We will take over the services from Coolblue. Warranty, terms and conditions, and any service contracts will henceforth be handled by 50five. Your subscriptions and rates will also be transferred. Please note: your charging history, transactions, and invoices will not be transferred. You can still access these in your Coolblue environment until July 1, 2026.
Once your charging station has been successfully transferred to 50five’s charging management, you will receive a welcome email. In this email, we will explain how to use the 50five online charging management system, the 50five e-mobility app, and how to add your charging card.
