Last Mile Solutions (LMS) is the provider of the charge point management platform used by 50five. For financial transactions such as invoices and refunds, 50five uses Threeforce B.V. This is the entity within LMS that is authorized to process payments.
50five handles billing for, among other things, installations, products, maintenance, repairs, and annual subscriptions. Threeforce B.V. is responsible for billing monthly subscription fees and any settlements. Please refer to the attached PDF documents for further clarification.
Invoices from Threeforce B.V. (LMS) show transactions that reflect your charging activity during the relevant period. The monthly subscription fees will also be familiar to you. Invoices from 50five usually match the quotation, unless adjustments have been made at your request or due to a specific situation (for example, concerning the customer, driver, or payer). If applicable, 50five invoices are also aligned with your annual subscription. For your information: 50five invoices cover, among other things, installations, products, maintenance, repairs, and annual subscriptions. For invoices from 50five, you can choose to pay via the payment link or manually (as indicated on the invoice). For invoices from Threeforce B.V., only direct debit is possible.
Charging.
No. 50five will retain the current settings of your charging point after the migration. In addition, Shell Recharge Solutions charge cards/ tokens will be accepted as if they were issued by 50five. So nothing will change for you.
Yes, load balancing will continue to function as you are used to. No changes are required.
Yes, through our Operations Performance Portal, we offer 24/7 monitoring and automatic resets in case of faults. This proactive service uses AI and is available as part of our Premium subscription for private customers. Are you a business customer? You can request this service through your 50five account manager.
Our standard SLAs are as follows: we respond to tickets and emails within two working days, and we aim for a phone pick-up rate of 95%.
App, Partner Portal & Business Hub.
In addition to the Shell Recharge app, also download our 50five e-mobility app for full control over your charging sessions. The Shell Recharge app is only intended for charging with your Shell charging card. In the 50five e-mobility app, you can easily get answers to your questions about our services thanks to our smart A.I. agent Nova. Soon, new features will be available for customers who have migrated from Shell Recharge Solutions. You will then be able to view your charging sessions and invoices related to your charging station, and perform remote actions such as resetting your charging station or disconnecting the charging cable. The 50five e-mobility app is for electric vehicle drivers who manage one or more 50five charging stations or for customers who have a 50five charge card. You can already install the 50five e-mobility app now. However, please note that you will only be able to use it once your charging station has been migrated. As soon as the migration is complete, you will receive a confirmation email from us containing all the information you need to log in. With the 50five online charging management platform, you can manage all your charging stations from one online environment. You benefit from several advantages: insight into all your charging sessions, the ability to manage your charging station yourself — including performing a reset in case of a malfunction — and, if applicable, automatically reimbursing your charging costs with your employer.
Yes, your data is well protected. The migration mainly involves data being transferred to our charge point management system, Last Mile Solutions (LMS), which is ISO-certified. Migration.
Please note: there is a difference between personal data and historical data. All personal data that you have provided to us or that has been collected by Shell Recharge Solutions and is necessary for providing our services, will be securely transferred to 50five.
