Until the migration is complete, Shell Recharge Solutions will remain your point of contact for any questions or issues related to your home or workplace charging stations. Please use the existing support channels of Shell Recharge Solutions for this. Contact them via customerservice@shellrecharge.com.

Once your charging station has been migrated to 50five, you will receive an email with information about this change. From that moment on, 50five will be your point of contact for any questions or issues regarding your charging stations. You can then contact us via our smart A.I. agent Nova in the 50five e-mobility app or through our customer service page.
