Frequently asked questions.
Follow these steps in the app to link a card. It is important to link your charging card to ensure your charging station functions properly.
- Go to ‘My charging station’
- Tap ‘Settings’
- Select ‘Authorized charging cards’
- Tap ‘+’ (top right)
- Select ‘Add charging card’ and follow the instructions
You can add the following cards in the app:
Please note: this is not possible for all cards and may vary by country. The following cards can be added:
- NL: 50five, MTC, MTE, TCE, ATH, AVL, Shell Recharge & Shell Cards*
- BE: 50five, TCE, Shell Recharge & Shell Cards*
- FR: 50five, Shell Recharge & Shell Cards*
- DACH: 50five, Shell Recharge & Shell Cards*
- UK: 50five, Shell Recharge & Shell Cards*
Unless other agreements have been made with your employer or leasing company, your charging transactions are reimbursed based on the reimbursement rate you have set. If this rate changes, you should update it as soon as possible in the 50five e-mobility app.
- Go to ‘My charging station’
- Tap ‘>’ next to the correct charging station
- Tap ‘>’ next to ‘Reimbursement rate’
- Enter the correct rate
- Tap ‘Save rate’
Your guest tariff remains the same as before. If you would like to change it, this cannot be done via the 50five e-mobility app. You can submit a new guest tariff by completing this form. We will ensure the tariff is updated as soon as possible.
