Your customer ID can be found in the 50five app. Go to "Support" and find the number under "Customer ID".

Serial number of your charging station *

You can find the serial number of your charging station in the 50five e-mobility app:
- Go to “Your charging stations”
- Click “>” next to the relevant charging poiny
- Click “Settings”
- Click “Charging station details”
- The number can be found under “Serial number"
- Note: this is not the charging point ID.
