Invoices.

Your customer ID can be found in the 50five app. Go to "Support" and find the number under "Customer ID".
You can find the serial number of your charging station in the 50five e-mobility app:
- Go to “Your charging stations”
- Click “>” next to the relevant charging point
- Click “Settings”
- Click “Charging station details”
- The number can be found under “Serial number”
​ ​- Note: this is not the charging point ID.
You may also add one or more images for clarification. Supported file types: .jpg, .jpeg, .png, .gif, .doc, .docx, .xls, .xlsx, .pdf.
